Congratulations to Toni Doolen, recipient of the Society of Women Engineers' 2023 Suzanne Jenniches Upward Mobility Award.  Doolen is Dean of the Oregon State University Honors College, and an ARCS Oregon member.  

The award honors a woman leader who has succeeded in rising in their organization to a significant management position, such that they influence top level decisions and have been instrumental in creating a nurturing environment for others in the workplace. The award is endowed by the Northrop Grumman Corporation.  

Doolen has been on the faculty at Oregon State since 2001 and is a professor in the School of Mechanical, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering.
