Sandra (Sandy) Watkinson is our newest member from Eugene. Sandy was introduced to ARCS by her good friend and Membership VP, Kenda Singer. Sandy came to Eugene to attend the University of Oregon and became an educator with the Eugene School District, 4j. She and her husband John have two adult daughters and 2 grandchildren.  She is an avid reader and member of two book groups. She also enjoys quilting, fishing and rafting. Her love of community is evident in her participation in several organizations such as Lane Community College Foundation Board, Imagination Celebration Advisory Board and Junior League of Eugene.  She is a Past President and current member of Women’s Gift Lane County, a group of women who support women and children who are at risk in the community.
